Shipping & Return
At Care Me, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns policy and work hard to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. This includes delivery to all 50 states and the District of Columbia, but excludes Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-12 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options include 2-day and next-day shipping, and are typically delivered by the end of the second or next business day, respectively. Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors such as weather, natural disasters, and carrier delays.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page or during checkout. This means that your order will typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of being placed.
- We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
- We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes or internationally. If you attempt to place an order with a P.O. box as the shipping address, you will be prompted to enter a different address.
- We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. This means that the item should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and should include all original tags, packaging, and accessories (such as instruction manuals and warranties).
- Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as final sale on the product page and during checkout, and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team to request a return label. You can do this by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number and the item(s) you would like to return ready when you contact us.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. This includes any applicable taxes and original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. This includes the cost of the return label, as well as any applicable shipping fees. If you use the return label provided by us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that availability of the item you are requesting may be limited.
- If the item you are requesting is out of stock or unavailable, you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to the same return policy as outlined above, including the 30-day time frame and the condition of the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
